Troubleshooting

URL not recognized

Valid URLs look like www.slideshare.net/slideshow/presentation-title/123456789. Regional domains (pt., es., de. slideshare.net) also work. Shortened links may fail — open the full SlideShare page first.

Download stuck

Large decks (80+ slides) take longer. Wait up to 60 seconds, refresh, and retry. Slow connections extend processing time.

File won't open

PDFs open in any browser or the Files app. PPT files work in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or LibreOffice. ZIP files extract with your device's built-in archive tool.
